Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to relevant teams.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
Prepare shipping documentation, customs clearance, and related paperwork.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
Resolve any logistical issues or delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to transportation and shipping.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and transportation management.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
