 Recommend procedure changes to ensure timely delivery of products and materials
 Ensures that the vehicles are up and operational for daily use.
 Ensures that Drivers and helpers starts duty on time as per work standards.
 Informing all drivers to check the vehicles before start duty (oil, water, diesel, brakes, lights, etc.) and be sure that they checked the vehicles.
 Coordinating with the garage regarding vehicles breakdown.
 Monitoring the performance of all drivers.
 Making the schedule for delivery plan for delivery of finished products according to the requirements received from sales departments.
 Signing the attendance for all drivers.
 Checking the delivery site logistics and facilities.
 Coordinating with factory supervisor regarding needed raw materials.
 Going to the sites in order to organize the delivery of products like (shell, washed, sand, dust, aggregate etc.).
 Surveying the drivers and vehicles.
 Checking the tracking system.
 Managing company customers over the phone (if contacted by customer)
 Coordinating with Yard dumper operators for loading & unloading of material
 Performing additional duties as requested by supervisor
