Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency in the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company's objectives, focusing on cost reduction and service improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with freight carriers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service terms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential, with a master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within a similar industry.
- Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) are highly regarded.
- Experience with international logistics, including customs regulations and import/export procedures, is a plus.
