Scope of Responsibilities
Coordinate and record keeping for the day to day onshore/ offshore, import/export and all logistical movements, invoices processing and record keeping verification as per agreement/PO and company guidelines. Assist Finance and Logistics for day to day required information.
All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.
All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.
Primary Duties
• Coordinate with the project, operations, SCM, shipping and site team to ensure that all project requirements, and services call offs are properly recorded.
• Assist the marine base/Logistics/shipping department in everyday tasks and record keeping.
• Custodian for the SRT register.
• Follow up with the services providers for summary of charges.
• Inform the shipping contractor for timely collection on of approved and disputed documents, as per department guidelines.
• Plan and ensure the timely closeout of supplier services claims.
• Coordinate with the various sub-contractors and shipping agencies for smooth and accurate invoicing.
• Co-ordinate with the vendors for the collection of supporting documents and receipts.
• Receive, review and verify accuracy & completeness of charges on all vendor issued Summary of charges .
• Carry out any other duties as required by the line and site manager.
• Timely update of SRT register & respective status report documents.
• Update the data regularly into SAP and shared register module.
• Follow up & receive the missing documents from service provider.
• Maintain records on damages & prepare insurance declarations as required.
• Implement Health and Safety Procedures.
• Perform any related duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Logistics planning and coordinating is directly linked with the entire project schedule and any delay has direct impact on project schedule and budget.
Work Contacts
• Interacts internally with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Shipping and Finance.
• Externally with Shipping lines, marine services provider, transport companies and agents.

• Knowledge of offshore logistics and operations.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office package.
• Good Knowledge of documentation processes.
• Common database applications specifically SAP and MS Excel.
• Email, contact management, and scheduling software.
• Presentation Software.
• Good English Speaking and writing skills.
Minimum Requirement
Graduate degree in Commerce /Business Administration / Accounting with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Project logistics function, preferably with the EPCI, offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
• Operate within the Business Code of Conduct
• Operate according to Subsea 7 s Management Principles
