Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage site logistics operations for high-rise construction projects Coordinate material delivery schedules to ensure timely availability Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of construction materials Ensure proper site access, traffic management, and crane/lifting coordination Liaise with procurement, project team, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor and control inventory and stock levels on-site Implement logistics plans, site layout, and material flow strategies Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies Optimize use of equipment, manpower, and transport resources Maintain records of deliveries, dispatches, and logistics reports Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly Support project timelines by ensuring efficient supply chain management

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction logistics Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of construction materials and site operations Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and safety standards Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
