Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate logistics team members to achieve daily operational targets in warehouse, inventory, and delivery management.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and partners.
- Optimize inventory control processes perform regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks; handle escalations related to shipments, fulfillment, and logistics challenges promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all transportation, compliance, and inventory processes according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, customer service, and external providers to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains while upholding quality and safety standards.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics KPIs, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Champion a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of proven experience supervising logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills able to motivate, train, and support diverse teams.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities; adept at multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
- Analytical mindset with advanced skills in inventory management systems, ERP software, and Excel.
- Proven problem-solver, able to identify root causes, implement solutions, and maintain high service standards.
- Adaptable to change, able to work under pressure and respond quickly to evolving business needs.
