Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Support Officer to coordinate and manage the logistics of off-site testing missions, ensuring confidentiality, security , and cost control .
The Logistics Support Officer contributes to the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of missions, working with mission managers, technical teams, and internal and external partners.

Assignment :

1. Preparation and logistical organization of missions:

• Analyze the needs communicated by the mission leaders via the mission briefs.
• develop logistical schedules and forecasts according to destinations and constraints (transport, accommodation, etc.).
• Identify and negotiate with service providers: carriers, hotels, tours, tracks, rental companies, etc.
• Reserve and coordinate the necessary human and material resources (vehicles, containers, caravans, specific equipment, etc.).
• Ensure that the resources and premises comply with confidentiality and security requirements.

2. Transport and logistics flow management:

• Plan and monitor the transport of vehicles, equipment and goods (air, sea, road).
• Use the dedicated tools for tracking requests and traceability.
• Optimize transport costs through pooling and planning.
• Manage transport documents, invoices and associated authorizations.

3. Administrative and documentary follow-up:

• Create and maintain mission files up to date.
• Produce and distribute roadmaps and reference documents.
• Verify and validate the invoices and the agreement.
• Ensure the updating of databases, rates and logistics references.

4. Application of confidentiality and security rules:

• Participate in the drafting and monitoring of confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Group confidentiality and security policies
• Raising awareness among mission leaders and teams about good security and confidentiality practices.

5. Operational support and coordination:

• to be the preferred contact person for mission leaders, business services, service providers and internal services.
• Provide technical and logistical support during the execution of missions (remote or on site).
• Contribute to the capitalization of feedback (REX) and the continuous improvement of processes.
