Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in UAE.
Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
Report to the Sous Chef and follow instructions.
Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
One year experience in the same field.
Good computer skills.
Time management skills.
