Job Details:
• Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries where appropriate.
• Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.
• Maintain review meeting records and ensures that proper notification is given of directors' and members' meetings.
• Act as custodian of records and responsible for day to day secretarial activities.
Job Requirements:
• Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills.
• High skills in preparing presentations.
