A leading company looking for an experienced Purchase Assistant in Saudi Arabia.
Answer inbound phone calls and assist with taking purchase order information from clients.
Oversee Vendor activities and call Vendors for various information regarding purchasing activities.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Contact vendors to follow up on late or missing shipments
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
One year experience in the same field.
Good communication skills in English.
