A leading company looking for an experienced Receptionist in Saudi Arabia.
Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain and kitchen and office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
Keep reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms neat and organized.
Greet customers and visitors and direct them to appropriate contact within the company.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good communication skills in English.
