Procuring items from abroad and managing the supply chain system i.e finalizing the import terms, arranging logistics (Air freight, Sea Freight), preparing the customs clearance documents (Saber platform) and arranging deliveries to warehouses.
Inventory and stock control using the company ERP (Sage50).
Preparing Purchase Orders and following up delivery scheules.
Supporting the storekeeper with order preparations.
Market research to find new products and new suppliers to add to our ever expanding product inventory.
Minimum two years experience in sales field.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word etc.
Good communication skills.
