Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction for every customer.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods with precision.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, to effectively communicate with clients.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail customer service, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer service principles, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Displays exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Exhibits a passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail, demonstrating a strong understanding of current trends and styles.
