Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and blueprints of mechanical components and systems using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements, providing technical expertise and translating concepts into visual representations.
  • Perform calculations and analysis to determine dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications for designs, guaranteeing functionality and manufacturability.
  • Review and revise existing drawings, incorporating changes and updates to reflect design modifications and maintain accurate documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as AutoCAD Certified Professional or similar, demonstrating proficiency in CAD software.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting, showcasing practical knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrate prior experience within manufacturing, construction, or automotive industries to facilitate work.
