Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate coating equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to prevent downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Conduct quality control checks on coated shells, identifying and rectifying defects to meet specifications.
  • Prepare and mix coating materials according to established formulas and procedures, ensuring accurate composition.
  • Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize coating thickness, uniformity, and adherence.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities, materials used, and any deviations.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and efficient operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
  • Proven experience operating coating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Hands-on experience with BILLHOFER machines and STENCIL job production.
