Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure efficient machine performance, maintain product quality, and support smooth manufacturing processes while following safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment.
  • Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production and operational records.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of work areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing disciplines.

2+ years of experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.

Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance.

Ability to read technical drawings or production instructions.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments.

Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial companies.

Familiarity with CNC, fabrication, or automated machinery.

Forklift or equipment operation certification is a plus.
