Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

For Packing: Hands on experience on the following types of Machine: VFFS (European preferred), Cartoning Machine, Collating and Bundling Machine

For Processing: Operating Grinding Mill (Pin Mill, Hammer Mill, Sifter etc.) /

Hands-on Expertise in Troubleshooting, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of machines.

Theoretical Capability for understanding basic mechanical/electrical processes and problems.

Reporting of Machine breakdowns and Shiftwise Machine Production.

Managing his area to ensure Quality Controls, HSE Compliance, and Floor GMP/Cleanliness 24/7 in Operations.

Generating spares or service requirements for reducing and resolving machine to share with team lead.

Creating and editing system based reports in Computer for machine operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Having 3 to 5 years experience in shiftwise machine operations

Should have a DAE Mechanical, Electrical, or Equivalent Degree from a reputed organization

Machine operating experience over Grinding Mill (Pin Mill, Hammer Mill, Sifter etc.)

Experienced in handling material (receiving/returning) and material consumption floor reconciliations

Should have experience and ability in leading teams for machine operation

Basic knowledge and expertise on MS Word and Excel
