Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
  • Measure and inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Program CNC machines with G-code and M-code to automate the machining process for increased efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in operating CNC and manual machining equipment with a strong understanding of G-code.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and CAD files accurately.
