Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, equipment, and workspaces to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately in the maintenance management system for record-keeping.
  • Conduct routine safety checks and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred to demonstrate specialized knowledge.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in varying conditions.
