Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with maintenance team for completion of maintenance works.
  • Coordinate with purchase dept. and suppliers for the arrangement of spare parts.
  • Coordinate with service providers for the completion of maintenance related works.
  • Prepare Work Reports, Checklist etc. and documentation of same.
  • Collect quotations, Prepare LPO, Invoice submission and payment follow-up.
  • Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with different companies.
  • Handle petty cash and prepare petty cash reports.
  • Prepare AUTO CAD drawings for any modification work in existing area.
  • Keep records for insurance claims.
  • Proper documentation of new projects and Handling documents from old projects.
  • Submission of attendance and overtime sheets.
  • Coordinate with HR dept. for Visa renewal and Annual leave process of employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures, procurement, and contract management.
