Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines, robots, laser cutting & welding machines, and conventional machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues on spindle units, ball screws, bearings, lubrication systems, and other precision components.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections including light curtains, sensors, and limit switches.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Maintain forklifts, manlifts, and material handling equipment.
  • Identify and plan spare parts requirements, including model numbers, specifications, and equivalent replacements.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory, consumption logs, and breakdown documentation.
  • Update maintenance activities and machine history in ERP systems.
  • Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, PM documentation, and zero‑leak maintenance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma (DME) or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8–10 years hands‑on experience in:CNC machine maintenance (VMC, turning centers, profile cutting, Elumatec CNC, etc.)
  • Laser cutting and laser welding machines
  • Servo drives and CNC control systems
  • Pneumatic & hydraulic troubleshooting
  • Robot maintenance (preferred)
