Roles & Responsibilities

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance - Plumbing & Sanitary Works - Appliances & HVAC -Turnover & Property Readiness -Coordination & Reporting -Mobility & Availability

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 3–5 years experience in residential / holiday home / hotel maintenance

  2. Multi-skilled: plumbing + electrical + general repairs

  3. Basic English communication (guest interaction)

  4. Time-management and problem-solving skills

  5. Valid driving license

  6. Experience with holiday homes / Airbnb / serviced apartments

  7. Knowledge of property management systems or maintenance apps(if applicable)

  8. AC or electrical certification(if applicable)
