Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and utilities
- Minimize downtime and ensure optimum plant performance
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement root cause solutions
- Control maintenance costs, spare parts, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ISO 9001 requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and planning skills
