Maintenance Technician (Carpentry, Mason, Plumbing and AC work) AARVEES REALTY BROKER (L.L.C)

We need a carpenter/Mason, who can also do plumbing and a little bit of AC work

Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, plastering, patching, and minor repairs. Install, repair, and maintain air-conditioning units, equipment, and other building systems to ensure proper operation.

Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties, including residential apartments, offices, retail spaces, and common areas.

Conduct basic plumbing work such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets and fixtures, and unclogging drains.

Perform permitted electrical tasks, including the replacement of light fixtures, bulbs, switches, and outlets.

Complete carpentry work such as door alignment, lock replacement, shelving installation, and minor drywall repairs.

Perform painting, touch-up, and finishing work as required.

Maintain building grounds, exterior structures, landscaping, trees, and shrubs; perform mowing, trimming, and related tasks

Prepare material requirement lists for work orders, including brand recommendations.

Report major repairs, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to the Property Manager.

Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and completed work.

Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Carry, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

Follow workplace safety policies and procedures at all times.
