Duties and responsibilities
Make end of service warranty certificate for sold machines
Take in charge the installation forms for sold machines
Coordinate with sales department for Demos and inform the technical department regarding the preparation and installation
Keep the documents of the department organized and in proper manner
Assist the department with all needed documents
Assist in the inventory of machines
Schedule maintenance visits to clients
Prepare quotations for maintenance, services, spare parts and machines replacement
Take in charge SAP data entry
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Diploma in Administration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Organization skills
Time management
Filing skills
MS Office
3 years in Administration and office work.
