Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, optimizing equipment lifespan and minimizing downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of industrial equipment and machinery.
