Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in electrical systems and dairy manufacturing operations.


  • Ensure equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, control panels, and automation equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance activities for dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, filling machines, refrigeration units, CIP systems, and packaging lines.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Minimize equipment downtime and support rapid response to breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for seamless plant operations.
  • Train and guide technicians in electrical troubleshooting and equipment handling.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and electrical systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in dairy manufacturing or food processing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, control panels, motors, and instrumentation.
  • Experience with dairy processing machinery and packaging equipment is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food industry safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
  • Experience in Tetrapak , Sidel, Combiblock machines
