The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of facility systems and machinery. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and allocation of tasks to maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement efficient preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.

• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance maintenance efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and electrical systems, HVAC systems, and facilities engineering.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical failures.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
