Maintenance Supervisor (Asset Integrity)

Oversee asset integrity operations and verify compliance with established maintenance procedures and operational standards.

Supervise and review the following maintenance procedures:

• Preventive Maintenance (PM)
• Corrective Maintenance (CM)
• Breakdown Maintenance (BDM)
• Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)

Conduct site inspections and collect data to support the Maintenance Engineer (AI) in preparing Incident Investigation Reports (IR) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for incidents, accidents, damages, breakdowns, or failures.

Audit certificates, documents, third-party inspection (TPI) certifications, and calibration records.

Verify revisions of Work Instructions (WI), Risk Assessments (RA), Permits, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) systems, OEM manuals, and HSSEQ guidance as required.

Analyze Preventive Maintenance & Services (PM&S) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as PMC, MTTR, and MTBF to assess maintenance effectiveness.

Conduct oversight of plant, system, and equipment asset integrity, including facilities, mobility assets, civil, and infrastructure components.

Ensure PM&S competency checks are performed and documented for all team members.

Identify training needs, recommend process improvements, and follow up on implementation progress.

Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging hazard reporting in line with Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions (QSTS) policy.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Section Engineer (SE) or Section Manager (SM).

Prioritize personal and team wellbeing by maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, participating in wellness initiatives, and promptly reporting any wellbeing concerns.
