Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and technicians.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work across multiple client sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair work).
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work logs accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors as needed.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory and request materials or spare parts as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians or staff under your supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, building services, or technical services.
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a maintenance team.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to travel to various client locations or job sites as needed.
