Maintenance Supervisor Deluxe holiday homes

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance department. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our holiday homes to ensure they are in excellent condition and meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.

• Inspect the apartments & luxury villas regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed promptly.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

• Oversee the coordination and execution of the shift among subordinates.

• Coordinate with clients, external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment inventory.

• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Implementing cost-cutting measures to optimize expenditures on materials by ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources.

• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Responsible for ensuring all works are completed on schedule and as per the quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the Maintenance, Fit out, Contracting industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.

• Valid UAE Driving license Required.

• Should have strong experience in MEP.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.

• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
