Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Kids Play Equipment and Sports courts Facilities Maintenance Supervisor with hands-on expertise in repair, installation, and maintenance of children’s play structures in residential buildings and parks. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of mechanical and structural repairs. Skilled in routine inspections, minor repairs, and assisting senior technicians in installations. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  • Conduct daily and periodic safety audits of playground equipment and sports surfaces to identify hazards like wear, splintering, or structural instability. Replaced damaged chains, bolts, and safety components.

  • Develop and execute a PPM schedule for Kids play equipment, court surfaces (turf, acrylic, wood) and manage CAFM system

  • The ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve dangerous situations rapidly.

  • Manage painting and corrosion treatment in sports court areas and surfaces

  • Manage and Prioritize Service requests through CAFM system

  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly technical reports for managing site health.

  • Overseeing and managing contractors during repairs/refurbishment and installation of Kids play equipment and sports courts

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the facilities are maintained and HSE compliant

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining children’s play equipment and sports court facilities

  • Proven experience working in residential communities, parks, schools, or recreational facilities

  • Prior supervisory experience managing technicians or coordinating external contractors preferred

  • Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Facilities Maintenance or a related trade

  • Relevant certifications in playground safety, facilities maintenance, or sports court maintenance will be an added advantage

  • Metal & Wooden Structure Repair

  • Basic Electrical knowledge

  • Tighten bolts, lubricate moving parts.

  • Replace small damaged parts.

  • Maintain quality and safety of play areas.
