Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and breakdown).

  • Maintain and troubleshoot:

    • Krones filling, labeling, and packaging systems

    • SIDEL blow molding, filling, and packaging equipment

  • Work with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and automation systems.

  • Ensure proper calibration and setup of machinery

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.

  • Minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of equipment failures

  • Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians.

  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.

  • Conduct shift handovers and daily briefings

  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE standards.

  • Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • 5–8+ years in FMCG manufacturing (beverage, dairy, food processing preferred).

  • Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Krones and SIDEL machinery; high-speed bottling lines

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation systems.
