• Knowledge of the methods, processes, tools, equipment, and materials used in the repair and maintenance of HVAC equipments including but nit limited to Chillers, ACU, and other electrical equipments such as washing machine, oven, iron, griddle, and other commercial restaurant equipments etc.
• Knows to install electrical wires and other maintenance installations.
• Understand work safety hazards and guidelines
• Able to do a preventive maintenance check up for the equipments mentioned.
• Able to do multi-tasking.
