Maintenance Technician Electrical / Mechanical JOTUN

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Join us as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician, where you ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by maintaining and optimizing equipment performance in your area of expertise, in line with industry best practices, manufacturers standards, and our strong safety and quality culture guided by local, regional, and Group (HSEQ) requirements.

The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks efficiently and safely, following established standards and procedures to ensure high-quality results.

• Record all relevant maintenance data accurately in work orders and systems.

• Ensure reliable operation and upkeep of Jotun s property and production equipment.

• Contribute to root cause analyses of recurring or critical equipment failures to drive continuous improvement.

• Participate actively in Safe Job Analyses and adhere to all Work Permit and HSEQ requirements.

• Support engineering teams by maintaining and updating electrical and mechanical documentation and drawings.

• Assist in commissioning new assets in line with engineering and HSEQ standards.

• Provide input for updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, focusing on preventive maintenance actions, standard job creation, and spare parts management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualification:

• Required: Diploma, or Vocational Certificate, in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

• Required: 3 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, or Electrical.
