Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. AC Maintenance: Services, cleans, and repairs split/ducted units; fixes compressor faults and recharges refrigerant gas.

2. Electrical Work: Troubleshoots wiring, fixes tripping breakers, and installs new light fixtures, switches, and sockets safely.

3. Painting: Prepares surfaces, repairs wall cracks/dampness, and applies clean finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Desired Candidate Profile

1. AC systems diagnosis, fault detection & repairing

2. Electrical wiring for apartments and commercial units.

3. Skilled in painting.

4. Driving license will be an advantage if available

5. Mainly our work will be within JVC area
