Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Constantly scan the designated swimming area, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards or distressed swimmers.
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, and addressing any violations promptly.
- Conduct regular water quality tests and maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide immediate and effective first aid and CPR when needed, demonstrating proficiency in emergency response protocols.
- Assist patrons with their needs, offering friendly and helpful customer service, and answering questions about facility operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Moderate skill level in lifeguarding
- Strong Swimming Ability, Rescue Techniques
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Calmness Under Pressure
- Basic Computer Skills (e.g., Excel)
