Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, ensuring a spotless environment.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, adhering to hygiene standards and replenishing supplies.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, separating recyclables and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors, leaving them streak-free and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.
  • Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchens, including wiping down counters, cleaning appliances, and washing dishes.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely repairs and preventing further deterioration.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are readily available.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the facility, promoting teamwork.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a facilities management company:


- Minimum 3 years of cleaning/housekeeping experience (residential and commercial)

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and supplies.

- Physically fit.

- Fluent in English.
