Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor pool activities vigilantly to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety, maintaining an alert presence at all times.
  • Administer first aid and CPR as necessary, demonstrating proficiency in emergency response and life-saving techniques.
  • Conduct regular safety checks on pool equipment and facilities, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs to management promptly.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
  • Provide swim instruction and water safety education to guests of various age groups and skill levels, enhancing their swimming abilities.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifesaving techniques and emergency response protocols.
  • Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities and swim events, contributing to a positive community atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with patrons, addressing their concerns and questions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports accurately and promptly, ensuring proper documentation of any emergencies or accidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a facilities management company:

- Holds Certificate in swimming

- Valid Lifeguard certification.

- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

- High knowledge of emergency response procedures.

- minimum 3 years of lifeguarding experience.

- Fluent in English.
