A Male Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, monitoring patients' health conditions, administering treatments, and supporting the overall well-being of patients in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories.

• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care when required.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.

• Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are followed.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care.

• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report concerns to physicians.

• Support occupational health and safety initiatives in workplace or site clinics.

• Manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.

• Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and medical transportation when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical nursing practices.
