Job Description
• Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operations;
• Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, ensure smooth running of the mall, handles all Operational / Marketing / Leasing / Sales/ HR issues;
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
• Maximize leasing revenue to the owner and ensure Leasing, casual mall leasing and marketing budgets are achieved to fulfil financial parameters set by management;
• Work with tenants on marketing strategies to increase visibility and mall branding
• Develop and upkeep the corporate mall identity - ensure adherences to corporate brand guidelines.
• Ensure all Health & Safety and Environmental statutory obligations are in place for industry best practice;

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Specification:
Successful candidate must hold a relevant university degree with a minimum of 15 years of retail mall management experience in GCC. You must have managed a large retail asset with a mix of tenants (F&B, fashion and Leisure & entertainment).
English & Arabic is the principal languages for this position. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to effectively communicate with varied stakeholders like, governments bodies, Tenants and Business Partners.
