Job Description

• Responsibility for consistent branding across all internal and external communications channels
• Accountable for designing and implementing campaigns to achieve desired business objectives
• Manage communication programs throughout the business from concept to delivery working in alignment with all for departments
• Manage quality & effectiveness in communication programs for effective brand communication and reach. Creating effective marketing & communication briefs, identifying insights and providing focused communication objective.
• Responsibility for managing and organizing effective roll out plans for communication across markets.
• To manage and enhance the look and feel of the brand by enhancing the patient experience through innovation
• Initiate, develop and manage brand partnerships to build brand equity

• Collaborate and plan with Operations teams to create marketing plans to support the business and revenue objectives.
• Co-ordinate with retail operations & corporate teams and devise the annual marketing calendar and ensure adherence to the same
• On time execution of marketing activities with suitable tracking for maximum efficiencies

• Sign off creation of effective marketing/sales collateral, presentations, health-led content etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer focused
• Educated to degree level
• Marketing qualification desirable - CIM or IDM
• Understanding of core marketing management processes and approaches
• Proven track record of marketing within the pharmaceutical, FMCG or retail sector
• Demonstrate the definition and management of multi-channel and omni-channel activity
• Excellent time management skills
• Experienced in working with and driving agencies to deliver results
• Articulate, logical thinker with an engaging approach to working with people, focused on delivering results
• Relishes challenges adopting an innovative approach to delivery


• Highly organised, with proven project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Presentation skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Relationship building skills
• Knowledge of Design, Print and Production processes

5 years of experience in marketing and branding, minimum of 2 in management
