Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation of integrated branding operational plans in order to drive brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touch points (print, digital, social, collateral, physical environment, etc.).

Manage the effective execution of approved branding strategy and plans that are aligned to the business needs, in order to improve visibility and reach to the desired target audience.

Lead the strategic branding campaigns at a local and global level, to promote business activities and operations, and increase brand awareness.

Provide assistance to the Group s subsidiaries, assets and operating companies in outlining their marketing and brand strategies, mitigating reputational risk, and creating an effective brand framework that is consistent across the Group.

Lead the development of visual storytelling strategy, through Audio and Video editing and production, for consistent and compelling campaigns creating video content and engaging audiences on different social media platforms.

Lead and support the team members to ensure relevant visual content aligns with different Group Communications publications and is consistent with all visual content promoted in different channels supporting online and print, internal, external, and global communications strategy execution.

Ensure timely preparation of messaging. A/V clipping for exhibitions and events and creative direction and propose a content for wider outreach and promotion of the company s business values.

Manage relationship with external contractor, including the supervision, review, and invoicing for all A/V production work, evaluating the A/V work submitted by agencies etc.

Allocate resources with technical specifications to meet the budgetary parameters of projects, prepare scope of services and evaluate suppliers as necessary.

Manage centralised non-technical archiving facilities, ensure the corporate heritage is maintained and well classified for quick and safe reference in future.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or equivalent.

  • 15 years of experience in progressive and senior-level roles in corporate communications. Preferably experience in a large-scale organisation with complex and multi-sectorial business operations or experience working in various industries. At least 3 years in a managerial / supervisory position.
  • Understanding of the role of marketing and brand management to effect positive transformational change and support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of communication and influencing techniques and ability to deal with people across a wide range of functions and at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of brand architecture and management.
  • Good knowledge of corporate communication tools and practices.
  • Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
