Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and profitability Prepare cost sheets, standard costing, and inventory valuation Conduct regular cost audits and recommend cost control measures Work closely with production and operations teams to improve efficiency Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial analysis Ensure accurate recording of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and billets
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CMA/ACCA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in steel manufacturing, with mandatory experience in billets
Strong knowledge of cost accounting systems and ERP (SAP preferred)
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
