Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead sourcing efforts by developing talent acquisition strategies, managing advertising, and ensuring timely CV screening to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Source and attract external candidates for current and future roles through effective channels and maintain a positive MAF Retail employer image.
  • Manage candidate assessments, including aptitude and psychological tests, and oversee interview scheduling.
  • Identify, manage, and evaluate external recruitment agencies and overseas vendors, including contract renewals or cancellations based on performance.
  • Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and open days while identifying new opportunities to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure recruitment portals, communication methods, and processes comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and secure candidate databases and oversee reporting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support performance management, talent development, training coordination, manpower planning, and adherence to corporate policies across the HC function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in retail.
  • Strong retail market knowledge with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
