As a Finance Manager, you will be:
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
Understand the finance policy
Report to the Partners on financial related matters
Handle the payroll
Prepare financial management reports
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
Monitor and support taxation issues
Develop and maintain financial data bases
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Monitor accounts and transactions using established format to score for quality and accuracy
Ensure consistency in process and procedures across entities and functions
Track inefficiencies and recurring problems and develop solutions
Develop and design analytical reports to be provided to the management on a monthly basis
Develop and deploy training for new employees and provided ongoing training as needed
Perform any special assignments as requested

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
Minimum eight years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with leading professional services firms or large multinational organizations and systems.
Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Arabic is a plus.
Certifications: CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CISA, FRM, MIRM, CQA, CMA, PMP or equivalent required.
System Knowledge: SAP, Oracle etc.
Willingness to travel.
