Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insightful variance analysis to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, planning, and performance management, incorporating key business drivers and market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather financial data, understand business performance, and drive improved decision-making.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of financial planning systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficient reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function, leveraging technology and automation.
  • Proactively identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Master 's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA mendatory.
  • Certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
