Typical Experience/Qualifications:
Must be a Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor / ACCA/Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance / Engineer with relevant Accounting and Finance competencies.
Prior experience 5 to 6 in Big 4 will be preferred. Excellent communication and people managing skills are pre-requisites. Managerial experience will be an added advantage.
They need to demonstrate specialization in select solutions such as enterprise risk management, compliance, cooperate governance.
They need to demonstrate specialization in select sectors such as oil and gas, hospitality, real estate, financial services.
The experience requirement is Sox compliance (mandatory),experience in COSO, framework, ERM and Internal audit
Job Purpose:
This role would involve working within the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Services team. It is an exciting prospect, requiring enthusiasm, ability and a dedication to provide internal audit and other advisory services. The role will be required to deliver exceptional quality sought by a range of clients in diverse industries.

Core Technical Skills and Relevant Advisory Skills and Behaviours
Professionals are likely to be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio of clients, and the operational aspects of engagement management such as engagement finances, resource management, and elements of risk management.
Use your experience of the market place and client needs to develop identifiable products and solutions developing delivery strategies to drive incremental revenues from these new areas
Professionals will continue to manage, coach and act as a mentor for more junior staff, playing a key role in the development of the team. They will build strong relationships with on-shore colleagues and clients, identifying areas where the organisation can improve quality of, and increase the scope of work.
Maintain and develop broad cross functional networks in order to articulate in detail to clients all service offerings of your own function and the wider firm.
Assist directors and associate directors in development of new business opportunities and other practice management initiatives.
Ensuring the quality of deliverables is in line with the client expectations and should develop sales skills through participation in appropriate training courses to identify potential opportunities while executing the engagement.
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical issues to clients whether internal or external.
Ensure you are up to date with KPMG engagement risk management processes. Should participate in risk management training and active discussion on risk issues with appropriate colleagues.
Develop performance management skills by serving as a performance manager for Consultant, Associate Consultants and Senior Consultant, actively managing the development of all appraisees.
Manage pool of Associate Consultant, Consultants and Senior Consultant to execute engagement on timely basis
Prepare budget for an engagement/project and monitor performance against budget. Ensure that over-runs are identified and recovered where possible.
Actively manage client accounts. Update your account plan for the clients/targets you are responsible for on a monthly basis.
Maintain and develop broader cross functional networks so that you are able to articulate in detail to (other parties) all service offerings of your own function and demonstrate a growing depth of knowledge of the services of the wider firm.
To act as a role model demonstrating professionalism and compliance with KPMG values and best practice regardless of any pressure to deviate to the contrary and ensuring that teams do likewise
Increase participation in overall department / team management by clearly communicating business goals to the team and helping them to translate these into defined business / financial goals.
The opportunity to become a Senior Manager/Associate Director is dependent on the business requirements of the service line and your performance.
Ability to develop strong client relationships (with head of departments and function heads) establishing deep and sustainable business opportunities.
Should conceptualize the proposal based on instructions provided by Associate Director/Director.
