JOB TITLEManager - Marketing | MAF Retail | Corporate Head OfficeRole SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and driving the marketing strategy for the Retail Discount business. This role will be instrumental in building the brand by working in partnership with the Care Office Marketing team and the Retail Discount operations team to develop the brand strategy & positioning and to grow brand equity through clear strategic guidance and the creation of engaging, emotional marketing campaigns to expand and retain our customer base.ROLE PROFILEDefine and implement the brand strategy and positioning, establishing our discount retail offering in the market as a value-oriented retailer.Create annual marketing plans that attract cost-conscious consumers and win share from competition.Work closely with other Communication teams (e.g. Social Media team) and the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute holistic brand campaigns in an efficient & effective manner.Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, email, SEO, SEM), traditional media (print, radio, TV), and in-store promotions. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, customer neConduct market research to understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends in the discount retail space. Use data to identify opportunities for growth, adjust marketing tactics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals. Support retail operations by providing marketing materials, in-store activations, and promotional strategies to drive foot trafficOversee the development and execution of a strong online presence across social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce channels. Utilize analytics to assess performance and continuously optimize strategies for maximum engagement and conversions.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to deliver the highest possible impact. Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.RequirementsBachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, brand communication, media planning and digital marketing.Hands-on experience in both ATL and BTL marketing activities.Experience in planning and executing in-store activations to drive customer engagement and sales.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
