Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is hiring a Manager MEP to lead the management and maintenance of as-built Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings across its asset portfolio. The role ensures quality, compliance with international codes, and sustainability while coordinating with consultants and contractors to deliver accurate and updated documentation.

What You ll Do
* Manage receipt, registration, and tracking of all MEP-related drawings and documents
* Maintain and update MEP drawing repositories reflecting revisions and as-built conditions
* Implement strict version control to ensure use of current, approved drawings
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors to complete as-built documentation projects
* Lead organization and archiving of digital and hard copy MEP documents
* Review as-built drawings for compliance with project standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
* Support project teams with alignment to standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, and DEWA
* Oversee clash detection and resolution processes in MEP design and documentation
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* 10+ years of MEP management experience on large-scale construction projects
* Strong knowledge of international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, and local standards
* PMP, LEED, or equivalent certifications preferred
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit MEP experience is a plus
* Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with leadership capabilities
